    Lol yes I know I have been having really bad eating habits because of school and work but since school is ending in about a month I'm planning to get my eating under control and get back to the 185 weight I was at when i was regularly lifting.

    Yep, yep , gotta eat. I've cycled and not eaten good and my gains were not much, then after cycle I just dropped pushing any food. I lost the water and was flat , N/G. So then I got smarter ( years ago) and started to eat every two hours, pushed it in and my gains were double ( grain of salt) I ate afterwards and kept most of the gains. Listen to these guys and me, too young and you haven't peaked so eat, eat, and eat, train like a beast, be constant and YOU WILL GROW, must be consistent. Good luck my friend. ...crazy mike

    I agree with crazy mike 100% and the guy knows his stuff he's been around

    If you want tips training for maximum growth read Marcus diary in the lounge that will get you that pumped up you will want to go straight to the gym trust me
