    Ketotifen is an antihistamine. It keeps the beta 2 receptors that albuterol acts on up-regulated if you will, allowing the albut to continue to be effective without upping the dose or taking a break. You should take it before bed though as it makes you tired. Yes arr has keto and it is cheap.

    would benedryl have the same effects?

    No. I firmly believe benadryl will not do this. Ronnie Rowland started a thread and pretty much dispelled this myth. I have also tried benadryl - it helps you sleep- thats about it.

    Thank you bro... I'm currently under 10% bf but I'd like to get down to like 4%. Thanks for all your help.
