Congrats Electra! My wife is currently in training to compete. We went to our first show a couple of weeks ago here in Vegas, the Cutler Classic. There are soo many women in the Bikini category
This is what she is shooting for. Lots of competition.

She just has to be more strict about diet. She eats very clean, just not structured. She has the face and body for it. Anavar is on the way.

Any pointers for her?

I think she'll be good to go. I personally love lifting and I started doing a workout class 60 mins high intensity no intervals non stop and that's helping shred fat. Var worked nicely for me so I'm sure shell love it
