Thanks. Yes I already have all that information. I have been working as nurse last 13 yrs. so have access to national data base. My friends that are doctors state it’s not the doctors that are saying no. Primarily it’s the hospitals telling them that they won’t allow it to be done in their facility.

My ortho was telling me that if the knee scope didn't work, then we can explore knee replacement. I just checked. You are 20 years younger than I. Which is probably why he didn't shut me down when I brought up the subject.

Well, you are definately on top of this.

The only other thing i can think of is this....

....tell your doc that you need a temporary disability plaque for your car because it is too painful to walk unnecessarily. At this point, it would be a document trail that you can reffer back to at a later date. I believe you can get three (3) temporary six (6) month plaques before you have to go with a permenant disability.
