Two young punks with their hip hop hats on sideways come up to me in the middle of my set and want to ask me a question. I ignored them until I was done and asked what they wanted. They wanted me to spot them while they checked their max weight.I asked why being there was two of them and they told me that if their friend stands on their feet while bench pressing it helps with the lifting! I put my ear buds in and walked away without saying anything as I thought WTF!

There was some fat short guy like 25% body fat benching 100lb dumbells with litterally half rom. And then he throws the weights and walks up all flexed in slow motion and with his arms out as if he is top dog in his own world.
I never understand it.
