    Been training for about 8 yrs. I'm 27 I keep gettin stronger but little to no weight gains. I have been doing a minimum of 320 in protein. Minimum of two gallons of water per day. Not really sure what all other stats u would like. Lmao and your right roll damn tide brother!

    Your picture does not show someone who is 5' 5" 190 lbs even at 9%, 12%, 15% or more. If you are 5' 5" your weight due to size would be around 170 lbs at 12%+.

    5' 5" 190 lbs at 12%+ would look like this size.
