Anyone ever used the product x factor. The active ingredient is arachidonic acid and its supposed to be pretty decent.

Anybody seen decent results using x factor or another product with arachidonic acid?

I'm going to research this active ingredient a little further and see what I come up with.

Never tried it. Probably never will.
My days of trying EVERYTHING out there are coming to a close, and instead, just stick with what I know works for "supps" that build muscle.

For example, ever hear of Gamma -O? It's a rice oil extract that is supposed to build muscle mass in livestock. Vets all recommend it. Bodybuilding community (niche only) began looking into it, so i tried it. Two month supply for abouut $70. Really didn't notice anything other than my wallet thinner.

Just Google "Gammo O" and you will find it all over the place.

Lots of hype. High cost. Falls short of delivering what it promises.

    Just my .02

Much appreciated. Please let me know what you find.

Good input tr. I do agree with you that most things aren't worth the hype
