    Test E 400-600mg/wk. 250mg/week is pointless.
    Tbol 60-80mg/day for 4 weeks is fine.

    Nolva and clomid for pct, hcg as well.

    I would not recommend cycling at your age. You are clearly aware of the risks, but don't care and are going to cycle anyway...so the above is what I would suggest.

    Well the reason i wanted to do 250mgs of test e a week was because of the t bol supressing my natural test. I mean t bol isnt as intense as dianabol but still. Ill take ur advice and up the test to 400mgs a week and start 60mgs a day of t bol. Pin on monday and friday, and hcg is pinned twice a week correct during the cycle? 500iu a week of hcg or more? also should i take nolv during the cycle to prevent gyno?

    Your final question indicates your lack of knowledge, sorry you really should not be cycling.

    Did you do any bloodwork recently, since your ill advised first 2 cycles.

    What are your goals at 16% body fat? Can you list your planned diet as to how you will achieve those goals, listing calories and macro's?

    You really need to quit giving cycle advice beacuse you stink at it.1st cycle you advise 2 compounds! Wat if he has a reaction which one will it be?

    Well if worried about me taking two compounds that my body hasn't encountered yet then I can take d-Bol with the test? I get great results from d Bol.
    To be honest I don't really care about my bf% I'm just at a lower bf% is because I've been highly active for as long as I can remember. Never watch tv or play vids really..

    Ok my diet
    Morning: protein shake 50g of protein add non fat milk, 4eggs with one yoke, either toast all wheat with peanut utter on it and try to get at least a orange or some kind of fruit

    Snack: I make 1pp&j all wheat bread with a crap ton of peanut butter with honey. Eating trail mix a lot and usually some kind of fiber bar between meals.

    Lunch: depends what my gf and I decide cuz I'm still in h.s. I try to eat salad when we go to fast food with extra meat in it, but mostly subway foot longs with whatever I get and I always put a bunch of veggies on it. Then I eat more trail mix, and I usually bring tuna in a tub in a cold lunch box with crackers to eat with everything.

    Snack: same as first snack

    Dinner: whatever my family makes unless its really unhealthy.. We eat a lot of steak, baked potatoes, and large salads. (Have a big family) big in hunting so steak is almost every night.

    Dessert: I make this stuff called "pink stuff" haha which is fruit cocktail, jello mix, a little bit of whipped cream, with a whole lot of cottage cheese. So my body has something to eat on while I am asleep. One more shake 50mgs of protein with non fat milk 100%percent whey..

    My goal is to just be stronger, bigger, and faster. I'm trying to get back into my sport in college. I've been threw physical therapy and didn't really help much.
    Ways ill achieve it is bulk a month and after pct cut some bf% i don't really want to explain how I'll cut since it doesn't have much to do with my questions.
