Agreed, I eat egg yolks and beef daily. Along with chicken and usually pork. My daily fat intake is 50-60g so even if my sat fats are 30% (they probably are) it's still not a large number in terms of total gramage.

The NHS recommend a 'normal' male not to exceed 30g per day I think. You will only really tell with blood lipid profiling as to how much is too much.

With regards to cholesterol your body should, pretty much, produce enough of its own so you shouldn't really go overboard on that.
