I think so. It's not like the party stories you remember hearing from the 1980's anymore. Oh and everyday the people in the city are in a competition to see who can be the most offensive in their disgusting but politically correct behaviour.

If I were to pick a place to vacation to, I'd pick a place closer to the equator like the Bahamas. At least there, the water is clear and warm and there are tons of hot, practically naked chicks looking to get trashed and have fun.
