    you need to go see your doc to find out why you are always tired.

    I have a moderate/severe form of sleep apnea, and steroids only makes it worse, since one of the sides of steroids is snoring, which interrupts, for some, the sleep cycle.

    Until you answer the above questions (stats, etc.) no one here will be able to help you with the steroid questions since we don't know if you are even ready or not.

    Well my nutrition plan isn't bad but it not the best. I do need to work on it Better. I try to eat more calories because I burn a lot at work. I try to eat oats and wheat breads in the morning and afternoon because when I eat carbs I get more fat on me than I want. Chicken, turkey, eggs, salads, beef, protein shakes is mostly what I eat. I try to eat every 2-3 hours but some days I'm too busy at work to get a meal or shake in. I haven't gotten my bf checked in while but last time is what 13%. I'm pretty much the same but I do need to get checked.

    Thanks. I think I will check with the doc first before doing a cycle.
