They told the employees to assume the responsibility for over $600. No one is going to take it on themselves so the company deducted it from everyone.

This is the 3rd time the department of labor has gotten involved with this company

Sorry you're having to deal with this. Nothing sucks more than employee/employer problems. Hope everything turns out in your favor going forward. I don't know about NJ. But it's not easy down here to find good employees. I always help staff out.

I'm a seasoned veteran with this shit lol. My father had 4 bosses fired during his tenure. He was a master with the union laws and stuff. I wouldn't mind a termination...... I just won't volunteer it. They don't want to pay unemployment benefits. The tried claiming insubordination on two fired employees and lost.

They also moved everyone to salary so they wouldn't have to pay over time. That was a huge violation.

This company makes millions..... The owner just bought a 10 million dollar house..... And they're being this fvckin cheap lol

Lol aparantly everyone became a manager and there were no technicians. The labor board had fun with that.

For the record..... This was the first call I made to them. I told them I was a single father and couldn't afford the deduction..... They did it anyways so I called
