What's her goal??? Pls include workout schedule.
At 30% bf you know she is going to need cardio. I did more cardio initially and then transitioned to include weights when the fat dropped. Nothing more discouraging to a girl when she add muscle under all that fat. Just makes her look like a linebacker..
