Somehow i lost 10 lbs yesterday seriously dont know what happened. Drinking choclate milk and tons of water. I`m 228lbs as of a few hours ago.
No my diet has been thrown off the last couple days and I only ate a bagel with cream cheese, a foot long tuna sub at subway and 1 chicekn breast with brocoli yesterday so my cals were way under. Not sleeping is taking a toll too might be time to back off on the tren.diuretics????
