I always said I would NEVER pin pecs...... Then tried it and loved it lol. The post injection pain is the worst part. I never had that issue tho..... Sounds like u shot a little in a vein. That happened to me pinning glutes. I'll never pin glutes again..... The pain is unbearable every single time.

Quads is the one place I will not do again. I would do calves again before quads
