I have traps, shoulders. the back of my hand is hard and no fat on it at all now, would make you cry to your momma if I used it the way I want to on you.

according from pictures that you posted, but you ASK everybody on this board what should you do to get better DEFINITION, the only answer is DIET. Diet is the key to gain size and to gain definition.
