Clembuterol...several times during the day or all in one dose.

I read some thread about clen and different protocols, such as 2 week on 2 week off, or 1 week on one week off or 2 days on 2 days off etc...but I couldn't find when should I take it?

I mean should I divide it during the day or take it all in one dose e.g in the morning?

Take it all in the morning if you want to actually sleep......start low and dose up

^this. If I take it after noon I can't sleep. And I work till 1 am. It's got a long half life. The earlier the better
