Is this the same albuterol used in inhalers? And if so how does it help while cycling. Is it an adrenergic receptor antagonist?

Yes, but they are looking for fatloss from it ,so oral delivery instead of inhalation is preferred. Although shouldnt be much difference in practice. Albuterol doesnt have nearly the sides that Clenbuterol does. Neither are all that effective in humans, yet clen does seem to have some slight fat burning effects.
Diet is going to be the main issue. You mentioned you will be running T3? That is going to help drop fat immensly, just be prepared to get really hungry! haha. Some have seen some effectiveness using albuterol and clen, but it is slight and from a purely fatloss standpoint clen is preferred (we must note a strong contraindication for using clen or albuterol if you have any heart issues however).
If one's goal is the tight fitness look and fatloss something like a proper diet with low carb, winstrol (for hardending and atrophy preventative against t3 effect), and t3. I think you will be impressed if you are dedicated.
