with suspension, you better have all your rotation sites handy, as that will be alot of pinning.
not a big fan of winnnie either, as it dries out joints, and causes joint pain. at least for me it does.....

Taking my first pin latest this afternoon(2hrs per workout), I'll keep you posted on my experience
