    with suspension, you better have all your rotation sites handy, as that will be alot of pinning.

    not a big fan of winnnie either, as it dries out joints, and causes joint pain. at least for me it does.....

    I'm a upper quad, glut, delt guy, hope the six spots is enough. It's only 23 pins. As far as the winny drying you me out, possible , don't usually have joint issues. This is my winny test run!

    Have fun but don't over do it!!!!
    I felt like I could of carried on throwing the weights around all day so be careful
