I use 1g per lb LBM. It's only high end athletes that need the higher amount, dudes who are training 2 to 3 times per day ect.

Well in generall IMO the higher your overall cals the lower the protein intake... The lower your calorie intake the higher the protein...

Falling between the 1-1.5g/lb of LBM range.....
