Figured I would get more answers here
I havent gone down in weight but on my max lifts I am struggling to hit my normal reps. For example on Military Dumbbell presses I would finish off last set with 90's for 6 and now I am at 3. This has been on going for a couple of weeks. Back, legs, arms all the same. Just shoulders and chest effected.
I have been doing morning cardio and now switched it to a 1 hour boxing class in the am also. I was going to try and do fasted but I think the boxing class may be too much fasted.
Is this common to lose some strength when you go down in weight. Same diet same trt dose just getting thinner.....
