    Having spent years boxing, I can tell you it definitely wore out your delts, no way you will be able to lift like usual.

    If you are dropping weight/leaning out, it probably has to do with lowering your caloric intake so you naturally dont have the extra energy to lift

    Leaning out like this is very new to me. When I was younger I always had great metabolism and never had to really follow a diet liek I do now at my age.
