    You shouldn't be refrigerating any of your supplements because the refrigerator contains a certain amount of humidity, which is a spoiler for your supplements.

    Room temperature, dry and avoid sunlight.

    Alright good to know thank you. What if where I live during the summer is very humid and damp as opposed to dry, is it still correct to leave them out ?

    I would try to find a relatively dry and cool environment for them. According to experts, refrigerating your supplements is just as bad as leaving them out at a very humid and damp environment.

    Agreed. I would read the label and see what it suggests for each item.
