You should really have your diet dialled in before you even consider ECA, it won't make up for incorrect nutrition. Why don't you revisit your thread in the nutrition section? I wouldn't consider ECA unless I was less than 12%.

agree that diet is the key factor in fat loss. (i assume that is the purpose behind the OPs question)
disagree with last sentence (assuming 12% refers to body fat level). lyle mcdonald reports excellent results for obese individuals with ECA stack vs diet alone. in addition, he claims the "A" (aspirin) in the ECA stack is really only helpful/beneficial in obese individuals.
