If you're lean delts and maybe quads but I wouldn't. A29 gauge will take quite some time to push oil through. I'd just go get some new ones. I prefer 23g 1in

i mean id rather have a 1ML syringe so i could just fill it up, but is it just the same to get a 3ml and fill it up a third?
