Aw man I don't know how to explain it.. I can bend over and touch my toes but when I do a little bone sticks out. At my gym they have this machine to do assisted sit-ups and that shit kills my back dude

Whats all this about a 6 pack humbleman? Forget everything until you see a specialist. Whats the point of having a 6 pack anyway if you're going to end up bed ridden.

I have lower back problems that restrict me from sit ups. I use the ab roller ( wheel with handles), and do leg lifts. That works for me.

It could be anything between chronic muscle spasm and ruptured intervertebral disc, which are all treatable via means of PT.

    Good luck!
