    Too much protein.....

    1.5g/lb of LBM..... And that's a max for someone cutting and below 12%BF IMO.....

    Yup which is 200g protein for me which is what I get. HumaPro is for the BCAA's and 'additional 100' because I'm a vege.

    Your post 1 states 320g if protein.... Is it 200 or 320? I'm confused
