    Machine lateral raise

    3 sets of similar

    Reverse flye - single arm
    30 x 15
    40 x 15
    40 x 15

    Front raise
    15 x 10 per arm / 10 x 12 per arm
    3 sets

    I walked outside tonight, about 30 mins
