Sadly most doctors even endocrinologist dont check for estradiol. Its up to you to be proactive an insist on having your E2 levels check routinely. I wouldnt worry too much about HCG increasing estradiol with 250-500IU per day 2-3x per week. At that dose the higher estradiol most likely wont be because of the HCG and aromatase is easily controlled with anastrozole. Generally TRT guidelines say estradiol levels should be kept between 20-30pgml. Too high=gyno/low libedo. Too low=no bueno for heart and brain health.
