    hCG is not a replacement for var, it's required in ever cycle to prevent testicular atrophy, maintain testicular function and help you recover faster. You havent cycled in 4 years so I'd just run a Test cycle. No need for secondary compounds.

    I have no idea what var being "Top Dog" means.

    Damn noobs, I thought you meant to replace var for HCG to help cut. And everywhere I read it seems like var is the most popular to do that. But I will look into dropping it and adding th HCG, I'm in no rush. Thanks

    Good call. Var or no var, cutting is done in the kitchen. Besides, var won't show much at your current BF%. Save it for your next cycle.
