    No I subtract total carb amount - fiber and this is the number I use in my macros.

    Sorry I skipped yesterday. I was pretty much done after the kids went to bed.

    So yesterday was my fasting/frag day. It went pretty well. I had planned on doing 4 pins of 250mcg but as the day wore on I ended up with 2/250 and the last one was 500. My fourth would've been way past my bed time and I wanted to still be somewhat active with the frag in me. I do think, however, that my frag deteriorated from being mixed about a week ago. Ive read that its very fragile and to use within a few days. I should be ok on the EOD schedule...I hope. Needless to say, I was hungry. ALL DAY. I had been reading on Dat's forums that he could tell when his frag had released the FFA;s because he wasn't hungry, that his body was eating up the fats. Yeah, not happening. So tomorrow will be the true test since it will be a fresh batch. I did break my fast last night since I was famished. I picked at what was left of the rotisserie chicken my kids had for dinner and I had my favorite-greek yogurt with vanilla protein and pb.YUMMMMMMMMM.


    Today was normal day. Had all of my meals and boy was I happy to eat!! Ate all my meals and got all my cals in for the day. I had a few extra carbs in the form of a high fiber English muffin since I did lower body today, and Im ok with that lol.

    My workout was


    single leg glute bridge with 40lb barbell

    3x15 reps each side


    one-legged skater squats with 8lb ball-

    3x15 reps each leg


    single leg Romanian deadlift with 40lb barbell-

    3x15 each leg


    standing leg abduction with band-

    1x30 reps each leg


    45 min of cardio on elliptical and ZUMBA!! ha!



    I have to say that I believe my injection sites are beginning to shrink a little. Ive read briefly about the localized effect of peps on fat and Im pretty sure Im not hallucinating. I don't pin on my stomach, I pin in these fatty pockets I have right about my hip bones. Its a weird phenomenon that is genetic and I was lucky enough to get. Yay me. Now when I clean that area with my alcohol, I am hitting more bone than before. Im pretty stoked at that fancy little side-effect!

    Quality peps can cause one to hold water but I suspect there's something else going on here...how's her sodium intake? Does she drink enough water? How many carbs/day has she been consuming?

    Her diet is spotless, she had been around 50 carbs a day with low sodium and drinks a gallon a day.. I'm tempted to get her a full blood panel designed for women and see if something else is going on.

    Might be a good idea! Diet sounds spot on I just hope she's eating frequent meals and not supressing cals to low.
