Nice over all size for a girl. I think your about 25% bf plus. I'd def try to lean some. Your muscle mass will look much bigger. Or are you a power lifter? What are you trying to go for?
Good job overall.

I've always trained more for strength and size, and did do powerlifting for many years. Ultimately strength and size, but bodybuilding, and getting a more ripped look, have been a very tempting prospect lately. Thanks by the way.
Also, read my about section in my profile, it explains where the extra weight came from, as well as my goals
I am tring to find ur profile..
There is noting to critique.... Why not do a bikini shot
If I wanted my stomach with its nasty scars from surgery to show, I would. Besides, you and I both now, I still need work with my bf. I show what I'm comfortable with, and have made enough progress with to even have a reason to be remotely proud. I will, when I have a bf level where I'm not going to blasted all to hell for it.There is nothing to critique... Why not do a bikini shot
Base is saying there is nothing to critique. There is nothing to see. Other than your arms. Again. Plenty of people post pics here regardless of their shape and size it's the best way to chart progress. If you don't want to do that then keep posting your arms for critique, you will keep getting the same answers.Originally Posted by MUSCLENUTANT

I understand what baseline is saying. I simply answered his question " why not do a bikini shot" Most of my extra weight showing now is excess skin, from fat loss that was too much too fast. I just get nervous about being blasted and having the kind of things said that were said before. On top of that, I read the thread about posting pics, my cam sucks for that. I'm going to wait till I have a digital camera.
Does your video camera that you post on you tube not take pictures as well? Most do.
I understand why u would be nervous about showing more. And I'm not sure if u posted an earlier thread and people blasted u but that's typically not tolerated around here. There's nothing to be ashamed of if you're busting you're ass in the gym and working on you're goals. If members flame u for being overweight they typically get handled.
Either way you're arms look big but that's all I can tell. Keep busting you're ass in the gym and don't pay any mind to shit talkers.
Oh, yeah, I get blasted, on almost every thread I get on. I get called overly fat, told I look like crap, called a liar with my lifting stats, the list goes on and on, and this is nice compared to some stuff that's been said, in particular regards to my arms. I have really been made to fel very unwelcome and reluctant to ask advice or give any for anything on here. And no, It doesn't get handled.
Do you have lift stats?
U Look fvcking big and not to be fvcked with.
I damn near guarantee you would give a hell a fight to 95% to the guys at my gym.
Bf or not, it's your call. I didn't mind being huge too much.
Are you talking to me? I have stats in baseline's girls what do you lift thread, which I am accused of possibly falsifying because I have to load a few different kinds of plates, which one person did point out that might be why the numbers look odd. I did lower my actual one rep max, and it's good I did, cause people think that's too heavy to believe, if I had put my real max, I really would have been blasted being called a liar. I would love to give them, the real numbers and one rep max's.... but I see toning them down to what is kinda easy for me, was not well received, I am very reluctant to post my current, very detailed stats, with knowing it wont be believed anyway.
I outlift damn near all the guys, and all the women at the gym I was at before I moved last week. I outlifted everyone, boys and girls in high school.you would give a hell a fight to 95% to the guys at my gym
It was taken care of, and resolved, I don't want to get anyone in trouble or set them up to be blasted, no matter how rude it was. I was just simply explaining to
< <Samson> >, when he saidthat I have been, and it still goes on a little bit. And that some of the nastier stuff was not ever handled.U look fvcking big and not to be fvcked with
Do you have any of the before pics to see what kind of progress you have made thus far?
In have one, but it might be hard to do and upload. It's not on my pc, I have an ID I had in 2012 that shows a huge difference, mostly the tell tale moon face from prednisone ( it's a corticosteroid) I'll try to take a sot of it, and upload it, not promising it will work. Along with a few pics from last spring..
A dash card with face only. Are you messing with us? Your progress , your hair is longer.
Any pic in shorts and t shirt tank top bathing suit? A dash card? Come on.
I wanna see your real lifting stats.... Better then the guys in high school???? I benched over two plates in middle school and I've never in my life seen a chick do that.....

there are two other pics, besides the dash card, and difference in face tells a lot. the other two pics tell the difference in my arms, yeah still only upper body, but it an even comparison to what I posted to be critiqued. the two other pics show me in a tshirt.. those are all I have, or have been able to keep.
Thats quite the drum stick
Your asking us to critique but you only show the leanest part of the human body both male and female are arms n calves in most cases.
If that is wat you want us to critique that then yes you have made great changes from your prior pics
Don't worry bout wat people say about your numbers. I compete as well and for my weight im in the top few in my state. I didn't see your numbers but it doesn't matter
If your goal is powerlifter then power lift
If your goal is to lean out then lean out
People run into problems wen they have 2 opposite goals
Good luck
Thanks.. I'm working on learning on how to take a good quality full body pic with my smartphone.. its new to me and the first on I've used, I guess I need to suck it up and post one showing the whole picture if I want the most accurate advice and suggestions..
I think I was trying to meet two opposite goals at once..like you mentioned where people have problems..
I think I want to pick leaning out.. so I learn how to do the pic right.. and post it. I'm physically healthy for the most part- no heart trouble, no blood sugar issues.. just a lot of crappy stuff that's confusing my body. and no thyroid.. a better explanation is in my new thread in the nutrition section.
Thanks again!
Don't worry about the pic. You have nuthn to prove
I'm sure you can figure your maintaince and adjust from the stickies
You will loose strength but you'll look better. So again select 1 goal. Just because you can lift a lot doesn't mean you need to.
Lean out n power lift at a lower bf
No prob.
Thanks.. I'm confused though.. I've thrown myy body into such shock.. I'll check the the stickies.. try to figure it out.. and ask for help if I have any questions..
Thanks.. I would love nothing more than to look like I can do what I do.. I'm very disappointed and unhappy about the way my body has changed.. I was on the right track for awhile, then bam my world was turned upside down, I lost everything, and now live somewhere I dont even know my way around or anyone here..living for day to day survival has taken an ugly toll on my body and reversed all my hard work I had earned..
I have seen enough of your pics and videos to compare to the pics you posted above...serious weight loss. Keep that up...
Shit just got weird...
Lol I dunno nuthn bout all that but don't complicate stuff..
Find a start point n adjust it gets no more simple than that
thanks.. I backslid bigtime though... I'm not sure what my bf% is I looked at those pics and I dont match any of them.. its weird.. I have some characteristics of 25%, some of 30%, and some of 40% I plus I gained weight.. but my bf lowered...I'm very confused... I have been lifting at home.. 3 hrs a day.. 45 min intense cardio.. but hardly eating.. lucky to get 700 cals a day... weight up... bf% down... makes no sense...
Ok sorry if I came off rude I in no way was trying to be I a hole.... I'm not like that..... but what exactly are you asking critique for?? Are you asking everyone opinion based on your picture should you focus on a program gaining strength, muscle, leaning out, lean mass gain, diet.....
looking more just for feedback on what can be seen.. I have plenty of strength.. can take a breather from that for awhile.. I would like more mass.. but I think its in my best interest to lean out and expose what I have.. cause I have alot of mass already as well.. then after I'm leaned out.. start putting on more lean mass. I kind of tried to do both adding mass and leaning out at the same time..
