I was 6'2" and 135pds graduating high school. So I feel ya. Only thing I can say is if u really want to bulk then dirty it up. Your fairly slim and u can cut later. I know people won't agree with this but I'm telling u from experience. Now don't just eat cheeseburgers all day but do cheat more often. Yes you'll gain some
Body fat but we are bulking here. Eat, eat, eat and lift heavy. It's hard to consume all those calories but u can do it. As far as a cycle goes just research test only first cycles.
