I had it done a couple months ago and spoke of it a bit in somebody's thread. Pretty interesting actually the way it breaks down the type of LDL particles that you have. Reading a lot of this guys work is what inspired me to get it done:

what does the result look like? does it still show the usual Total, LDL HDL, Ratio, TG? i found a test in my lab that will show Apo-A, Apo-B and Apo-A/B ratio. is that the one?
