    Sry buddy... Too light too high bodyfat... Do not worth the risk...

    Clen can be very harsh... It greatly raise the blood pressure and the hearh beat... If you already have one of does taking clen may be pretty dangerous...

    + at 21% the effect will be minimal... Clen is great under 15% a.d lower you are better it gets...

    You should just go and training and nutrition section to get a diet and training dialed in and you will be good to go...
    The result will come fast enought... No need to risk anything...

    oz are u female which would greatly change your stats?

    I noticed the pink, too... Side from 21% being a bit on the high side 5'9'' 150lbs isn't that out of shape for a female, in fact youre probably pretty strong just carrying a bit more fat than you should be to go on clen etc.

    Yes, NO ONE would say I am out of shape, I am very strong...I agree ..poor diet.
    I've used Clen pills (not liquid) before and have cut up amazing - People often stop me in the street to comment on my appearance.

    Could be hormonal right now or YEARS of training and all other stuff in the system.
    It would be great to get advice of a pro.
