    If you got your bf % down to say 14% your Bp will drop a lot. I guarantee it.
    My family has high Bp and the close I go to 8%, which requires I super clean diet and cardio my Bp goes so dramatically!
    So why dont you suck it up and hit the cardio and diet section and.get.this under control

    Good advice, will hit the nutrition forum, I will hit cardio to, still keep the cycle in mind, but will put in the preparation first, no hurry, rather be safe,cut thank you. Dickster.
