Tamoxifen is fine for Gyno, but Raloxifene is far better than any "gyno reversing" drug. You can dose Ralox at 60 mg daily until it's gone. Aromasin is a poor choice for gyno reversal.

There are no exercises that result in targeted fat loss. You need to reduce your overall BF% until it's proportionate.

Note that fat is often confused with Gyno. Verify you have gyno before you administer any treatment protocols. You would have an obvious lump.

Yep. Thought I had gyno. Turns out I was just fat. I couldn't tell until I lost it. what did I do? Totally overhauled my lifestyle. Diet (lack of diet is a better way to word it), sleeping patterns, exercise plan, stopped doing things that were harmful and gut off all prescription meds that aren't helping to keep me alive. As it turns out, the changes I made are reversing the atherosclerosis, high blood pressure and high cholesterol problems so I'll be getting off.those meds too now.

Do this for yourself. It will be the best decision you ever made.
