If your goal is to maintain condition and add LBM I'd blast with as high a dose of test as you feel comfortable with and low dose nandrolone for some joint relief. Throw in tbol or var if you like to add dht. Short esters, get on, get your work done, get off and repeat if desired.
I havent read through all the responses but I'm sure lots of guys will say tren and mast etc. I'm sure you'd look sick on a cycle like that and no offense intended but I think there are productive but safer and
more prudent ways of cycling at your age. Hell don't listen to me I'm on tren right now and wishing I wasn't lol
