All it took for me even at 57 was strict diet and lots of reps (And some juice to be honest but diet/excersize was all of the fat loss maybe 15% of the muscle was juice).

As others have said even if you do have a very small amount of gyno mixed in with the fat its no biggie as even with your shirt off and close up the only one seeing it is you. Me on the other hand had a friend say nice tits and pinch me in the nipple ( this before ever doing AAS) that was enough to convince me I needed to make a change.

Also others may flame me for saying this since it contradicts common belief on gyno....BUT.. I had the same deal as you, that is along with the regular soft pliable fat deposits on my left and right nipple I could feel a little rubbery tissue on the right slightly below and to one side of the nipple. This was not the textbook gyno which consists of a pea shaped nodule...but rather a larger irregular mass maybe 7/8th" by 1/2" by about 3/8"th deep of flexible kindof rubbery tissue. This remained but got smaller through July of last year since your post I just checked and now its completely gone. Since I am on home TRT and also blast I do use Extemastane as an AI I only use it in small doses but evidently either the maintaining of a low body fat level through a clean diet or the combination of that and the Stane has finally caused the mass to completely dissapear.

Just eat clean, lift and relax, you are your worst critic for sure whatever you have (if anything) is minimal at best.
