I'm 41 Rv8 don't have pic but will post one latter for u.....and depends what muscle u concentrate on, it will help stabilize the knee joint......my doctor has a subject that has done this for over 4 years.......working the right muscle group has given me the added stability. And delay the reconstruction of all 4 ligaments in both my knees, he wil be publishing the results in the medical journal this year.

With that many problems u should consider losing some muscle mass and maybe a little more fat and that will take off more pressure on your dilapidated joints. Whats more important than quality of life? imo nothing, instead of trying to work some "special" muscles and gain weight. Personally I think u know I'm right but vanity will get the best of you. I bet if you where 60 you would have a whole different approach. I feel you man, being 40 myself u still want to be the best muscularity you can be....good luck.

Targeting the teardrops and the outer/lateral hamstring has created a pocket where the joint is encapsulated and protected from the problems that I have with the 4 ligaments

I would not advise adding anything else, he's already at about 1.4g/week. This is only his 4th cycle.

Although masteron would be the final touch
