Thread: 500mg test +anadrol or 1000mg test alone?

    Meal 1 – 4egg white 1egg yoke (140 calories recheck!)+ 2cup/390g brown rice (90carbs;360calories)+ sala/vegies+ creatine

    Meal 2/pre workout –1.5 scoop ON 100%whey protein Shake(1.5scoops;36protien:165calories) with 500ml milk (328calories) +l glutamine+ banana (118g;27carbs;118calories)

    WORK OUT - just for a brief guide, quiet intense 5day weight lifting mornings 40min-1.5hr on a body part a day, bi's and tris same day. 2-4days cardio 30-40min walk at night on treadmill with high incline, purely to burn fat (2 days WILL be on my off days)

    post workout 1.5 scoop ON 100%whey Protein shake (36protien:165calories) + XTEND+Lglutamine+creatine +20 to 25 almonds (approx 161 cals)

    Meal 3- 2 slice toast(90g;128calories) with peanut butter (40grams; approx 230cals)

    Meal 4– 200g chicken breast(60g protein;240cals) +2cup brown rice (90carbs;360calories)+ salad/veggies

    Meal 5- 1.5 scoop ON 100%whey Protein shake (36protien;165calories)

    Meal 6- 200g beef (50g protein;200cals)+ salad/veggies

    Meal 7 - 1.5 scoop ON 100%whey Protein shake (36protien;165calories)

    This diet is all over the place. Your relying on too many Damn shakes. And who the hell eats rice for breakfast?? Ever heard of oats?

    I know the rice thing is a little bit funny.=) But ıt tastes so good.

    I sometimes have rice for breakfast. Sometimes steak. Sometimes chicken. Doesn't matter what it is. Arguably a better choice than frosties.

    Maybe its just me I can't wake up and eat rice. I guess it's more of a personal preference

    Absolutely personal preference mate. I like my oats at lunchtime. I love steak for breakfast. Years of getting up really early and I was eating my 2nd or 3rd meal at 9am so it doesn't seem too bad that I have 'lunch' for breakfast sometimes.

    more like a personal preference but I know ıts a little bit funny to eat rice =) in morning.

    Personally I would eat 10 eggs ( 6 white 4 whole), 1 cup oats with 1 scoop protein chocolate mix in for taste, 5 pieces of bacon. For breakfast of course.

    I ran close to a g of test - It was my 2nd cycle, I got no positive results compared to 500mg of test.


    I'd do the drol and 500mg of test. . . . . But, that's still not enough<Not any more.


    But, my opinion is stick to lighter sauce. Maybe test and deca or dbol < Just because you don't want to progress through the juice too fast.
