Yes i fully understand and i greatly appreciate your help. When i went to the hospital and explained ive injured my wrist, he felt it and asked what parts were sore etc. he couldn't diagnose what the problem was then sent me for an X-Ray and he then told me i had a near impossible injury that he hadnt seen before. He told me i had a fracture that can only happen in young children but my bones are fully grown and he couldnt explain how this had happened. i can only think that its because ive broken my wrist before which has left them weakened?

but yeah im remained the same height for years and according to the doctor my bones were fully grown way back then.

Naa. You need to have proper Xrays done and look for Epiphyseal line or plate. An ER doc is not going to do this for you.
