That's a good level for your calcium should be right around 9,so your phosphorous should be fine since they work together. Any idea why your getting the stones?

Everything I research online says this, I drink 1 gallon water Ed, no family history of ks, but I have been on a cutting diet for about month now and eating more protein( chicken, a lot eggs and whites, almonds) . Animal meat is a big cause of ks from what I read, so wth am I supposed to eat. Idk ill know a lot more after the test so I'm not gonna let it get to me. My main thing was whether to go to appt to start TRT or not, I'm gonna go.Originally Posted by Bonaparte
