1.5 inch in the glute is better. Hard to avoid veins in the legs. Try lats. But if you're hitting glutes and delts, that's enough rotation really for most cycles.

Hit your quads. Easy enough to do. I only use 1 inch needles. Even for my glutes. Are you going to see my new movie "ass of steel"!?
