Why start a new thread?
Can't see the picture.
Your quad is a big place. Where?? Did you follow instructions for the specific spots, or just choose a spot and go for it?
First time I injected quads, I was stupid, didn't follow spotinjections.com, and did my "teardrop". Leg was hot and swollen for 6 days! Now, I use upper/outer, with zero issues.

Owwww!!! never done that, nor does it sound like a good spot!
