I appreciate OP making an attempt to help this guy. But I think he is wasting his time. The man needs surgery, nothing else with help him. He will not become the 'Miracle Man' on the news that lost 500 lbs.

I hate when people take surgery...They get lap band etc and what does it do? Just limit food intake which they can do themselves..Plus, they risk their health...

The hunger issue will change with diet...It will be hard FOR SURE..But it will change without a doubt...

I hate it, too as I stated in my first post. But this is mission impossible. I don't care how motivated you are. I'm just being realistic. As for health, his health is in tremendous danger as it is. I'm all for getting the job done right, but man.... forget all that noise. Google 700 pound man, I don't think a lot of people understand the severity here. I still think the guy is not 700 lbs. He wouldn't make it to the gym.

Lol...But the fact is whether he gets lap band to reduce caloric intake or does it himself it's still the same thing...Certified obese people just ave no hope, plus bad genetics, PLUS have TRUE hunger issue that most haven't experienced...

But it still comes down to one thing and that is AT LEAST TRYING to progress..

It's a slow process with these clients...If you can just get them to not drink a 12oz soda pop a day then they've already progressed...Just get them to do little things everyday and every week and they will progress...I've seen OBESE clients like this...Have I got through to ALL of them? No, but a lot I have....
