That would be poor diet management then, IMHO. Your carbs and fats are probably the wrong ratio. I'd suggest you went with 60-70g max of fat. If I go more than that with high carbs then I gain lots of fat too. Up your cals by 300 and see how that goes.Originally Posted by Whiteboyy0
