    Tren is king for strength gain if you can handle sides

    Your weight gain can be controlled by your calorific intake and cardio......tren can effect your cardio as a side

    Also var taken at 100mg gives me cramps but we are all different 80mg is my sweet spot!!

    On a lighter nite I'm interested in arm wrestling since Myers was king back in the day ( England )

    Watch a few on YouTube I myself started arm wrestling teachers in school and pride myself to never being beaten.........to this day

    Bearing in mind though that its pubs and clubs so I'm not getting big headed I know I wouldn't live 2 seconds with someone trained like your good self!!

    Are you referring to Clive Myers? I actually just looked him up. Never heard of him, but he looks like was the real deal!!

    Yea, it's a whole different ballgame on a real table! Bar room is all about the arm. On a real table, it's more hand/wrist strength.
