I have cut many times for Arm wrestling tournaments Just a piece of advice since you said your weight is creeping up. I like you would cut about 7 to 12 pounds day before to make weight. I had 2 huge issues at 2 different times once I was way over cut about 16 pounds in 2 days wasn’t worth it. I pulled like shit so don’t get to high. Then the next tournament I was worried that would happen again so I was at weight about 5 days before the weigh in, again I pulled like shit. So if this is a new cycle for you just do your best to keep your cut the same as always it can really throw you off if it is not. Pulling for the Arnold you probably already know this but just in case thought i would let you know. Good luck About a year ago i closed the Captain of Crush 3.0 dont know if you have worked with these but there is nothing better for hand strength.
