I usually drink lots of water but have slacked off lately.

My test levels before any gear was 430, so I'm not sure why it's so high...

Water is critical. Try to get down at least two gallons/day, if you work outside you need another gallon...minimum.

Yea, retest in about four weeks and let us know.
