These are all extremely important factors when determining macros. Ecto/Endo/Meso? One thing's for sure, if your cutting with 300 grams of carbs and your not Kai Greene your not cutting much.
I hit 70 grams of fat in just egg yolks, olive oil and pre workout peanut butter alone. Then again, I weigh quite a lot more than you I think.
